Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Website Developer with hands-on experience in Python programming, web technologies, and the Odoo framework.

Experience:- 2 -3 Years

Salary:- 20,000 - 30,000 / month

Responsibilities

Write efficient, reusable, and scalable Python code for backend development of websites, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Utilize your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with frontend developers and ensure the integration of backend services with frontend interfaces.
Learn and work with the Odoo framework to customize and develop backend functionality, including modules, workflows, and integrations.
Define the structure and layout of web pages to ensure the best possible user experience, working with both frontend and backend teams.
Customize and design web pages in Odoo, implementing tailored solutions based on business requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in the code, using debugging techniques to ensure smooth functioning of the website and backend services.
Implement and manage email services and VoIP integration, ensuring that the communication systems are functional and reliable.
Ensure that backend systems and websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and security.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in backend web development with a strong focus on Python programming.
Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
Experience with web development technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with debugging techniques and tools to identify and fix issues in code.
Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with the Odoo framework (preferably).
Knowledge of designing, structuring, and customizing web pages in Odoo.
Previous experience working with Odoo modules and customizations.
