Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with deep expertise in designing and implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS) from the ground up, along with a strong background in Training and Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a performance-oriented culture, aligning business goals with employee KPIs, and developing scalable training programs that enhance employee capabilities at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management System (PMS):
- Design, develop, and implement a PMS framework aligned with organizational goals.
- Define performance indicators (KPIs/KRAs) across departments and job roles.
- Work closely with senior leadership to establish performance appraisal cycles, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end performance review processes including mid-year, annual reviews.
- Train managers and employees on PMS tools and methodologies.

Monitor, review, and improve performance evaluation cycles and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze PMS outcomes to suggest improvements and guide strategic decisions.
Training & Development:
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) at individual, team, and organizational levels.
- Design and deliver structured training programs: technical, behavioral, leadership, onboarding, and compliance training.
- Identify and collaborate with external training partners where necessary.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training feedback and performance improvement metrics.
- Create employee development plans and career progression frameworks.
Training and Development:
- Setting up training processes and systems across the organization.
- Developing training programs in coordination with team leaders.
- Overseeing the implementation of training program, training effectiveness, and evaluation of trained candidates.
General HR Responsibilities:
- Support in policy development and HR compliance.
- Engage in employee engagement, talent retention, and succession planning strategies.
- Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives within HR practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and maintain competitive C&B structures as per industry benchmarks.
- Manage payroll inputs, variable pay calculations, and statutory deductions.
- Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, incentives, leaves, etc.).
- Support salary planning, budgeting, and revisions.
HR Policies & Process Implementation:
- Draft, revise, and implement HR policies and SOPs in compliance with labor laws.
- Drive policy awareness campaigns across teams to ensure compliance.
- Set up clear HR process documentation and audit-ready recordkeeping.
- Partner with leadership for grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
Payroll Configuration & HR Software:
- Configure salary structures, statutory deductions, and tax components in HR software.
- Lead payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
- Work closely with finance to ensure proper accounting and compliance with statutory norms like PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong command over PMS tools, HRIS/HRMS software, and payroll systems.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools and latest HR trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Candidate must have own Laptop for work
Salary Package - 6,00,000 /-PA
