Job Summary:
The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and facilitating communication between various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project specifications, terms, and conditions to facilitate effective contract administration.
- Manage the contract administration process from award to completion

Track and manage contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- Process invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts
- Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Resolve contract disputes
- Coordinate and schedule meetings,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to clients and internal teams
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 03 - 05 Years Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Preference - Candidate stay at pune.
