And now, we’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can help us bring that story to life online.

📸 What You’ll Be Doing:

🌱 Create fun, eye-catching photo and video content featuring plants, products, and lifestyle
📲 Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube 
🎥 Appear on camera for plant tips, DIYs, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content
🌿 Plan and maintain a content calendar tied to product launches, trends, and events
🌿 Promote seasonal offers and products through engaging stories and reels
🌿 Collaborate with the team to capture customer experiences and workshops
💬 Respond to DMs, comments, and build authentic relationships with followers
📈 Monitor analytics and trends to refine and grow our content strategy

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable and confident on camera
  • Basic shooting/editing skills – whether with a phone or DSLR
  • Experience with short-form video (Reels, Shorts)
  • Creative, self-driven, and great at storytelling
  • Passionate about plants, nature, or the gardening lifestyle
  • Able to plan, schedule, and publish consistent content
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or InShot
  • Willing to occasionally create content during weekends or seasonal campaigns

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in video production, photography, and writing.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with gardening and landscaping industry a plus.
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Professional certification for Digital Creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications)
  • Must have Own Laptop
