Job Summary:
We are Looking for an energetic and result-driven, task master as Landscape Projects Manager. The Landscape Project Manager will include overseeing the planning, design, and execution of landscaping or garden projects. If focusing on the "angry" aspect in terms of challenges, this role may involve managing difficult situations, handling client dissatisfaction, or addressing conflicts within the project team. Here are key responsibilities with that perspective:

Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for garden development, ensuring alignment with client specifications and environmental regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and schedules. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project expenditures. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Managing Stakeholder Expectations: Engage with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure clear communication and mitigate any frustrations or misunderstandings.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of landscape designers, horticulturists, and construction workers, addressing any internal conflicts, performance issues, or staff dissatisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Handle challenges, including client dissatisfaction, unexpected project delays, or budget overruns, and work to resolve these issues without escalating tension.
- Quality Control: Ensure that garden designs and implementations meet quality standards, and make quick decisions to address any construction or design faults, which might trigger negative reactions.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor spending and resource allocation to ensure that costs stay within budget, avoiding situations that might cause client or team frustration. Ensure team members adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
- Client Relations: Manage difficult client relationships, especially when expectations are unrealistic or when adjustments to the project need to be made mid-way through.
- Conflict Management: Address conflicts within the team or with external contractors and clients, finding solutions that minimize anger or dissatisfaction while keeping the project moving forward.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale landscaping projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design, construction, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Flexibility to move to Site Location; Well-known of Pune's routes
- Must Have own Laptop
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Landscape Architecture (ASLA) is a plus.
- Experience with sustainable landscaping practices and environmental design.
- Experience in business development and proposal preparation.
- Ability to work outdoors at project sites,
- Preference for Pune based candidates
