Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure consistent quality standards across all projects and services. The role requires balancing operational efficiency with strict quality compliance, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.  
    • Ensure effective deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials across multiple sites.
    • Implement operational strategies to meet client expectations and company objectives.
    • Ensure cost efficiency in labour, materials, and resources without compromising quality.
    • Oversee vendor management and coordinate with external contractors/suppliers.
  • Equipment & Vehicles
    • Identify and recommend new equipment requirements to improve efficiency and quality.
    • Oversee procurement, repairs, and preventive maintenance of all tools, machinery, and vehicles.
    • Maintain records of service schedules, breakdowns, and replacements.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures for services, materials, and equipment.
    • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
    • Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards are followed at all times.
    • Train and guide teams on quality awareness, best practices, and compliance standards.  
  • Resource Planning & Cost Control
    • Optimize utilization of resources (manpower, equipment, and materials).
    • Control operational expenses and minimize downtime due to breakdowns or inefficiencies.
    • Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for operations.
  • Team Management & Coordination
    • Lead and support field supervisors, gardeners, drivers, and maintenance staff.
    • Train teams on equipment handling, safety, and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and senior management for smooth execution.

Salary Package - 4,80,000 - 6,00,000 /- PA

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management
  • 5–7 years of experience in operations and quality management
  • Strong knowledge of operations management, equipment handling, and preventive maintenance.
  • Proven ability to establish and implement quality assurance systems.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / ERP tools for operations & reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred. 
  • Must have own Laptop 

Nice to have

  • Certifications in Quality Management (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in equipment, vehicles, and maintenance operations is preferred.
  • knowledge of landscape equipment, irrigation systems, tools, and machinery.  
  • Strong analytical skills
