Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and create high-quality reels, stories, posts, and video content that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor trends and implement content strategies that increase reach and engagement.

Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines (Google Ads), email marketing, and websites.
- Align campaigns with overall business goals and audience demographics.

Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns to increase visibility, website traffic, and lead conversions.

SEO & Website Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and performance.
- Collaborate with web developers/designers to enhance UX and landing page effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other relevant tools.
- Analyze data to optimize content, targeting, and budget allocation.

Market & Trend Research:
- Stay up to date with the latest social media, marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and technologies.
- Suggest and implement innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, video composition, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
