We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on social media marketing, especially content creation for platforms like Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing engaging reels, managing campaigns across digital channels, and driving measurable growth in brand visibility and engagement. 

Experience - 1 - 3 Years 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Plan and create high-quality reels, stories, posts, and video content that resonate with our target audience.
    • Monitor trends and implement content strategies that increase reach and engagement.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines (Google Ads), email marketing, and websites.
    • Align campaigns with overall business goals and audience demographics.
  • Paid Advertising:
    • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns to increase visibility, website traffic, and lead conversions.
  • SEO & Website Optimization:
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and performance.
    • Collaborate with web developers/designers to enhance UX and landing page effectiveness.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other relevant tools.
    • Analyze data to optimize content, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Market & Trend Research:
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media, marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and technologies.
    • Suggest and implement innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, video composition, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
