Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and administering our ERP system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to meet organizational needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Capable of working on Odoo framework on existing app and custom modules 
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP configurations, customizations, and processes. 
  • Provide technical support to ERP users and resolve any user-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the ERP system.
  • Create and update user manuals, guides, and training materials.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Complete understanding of Odoo ERP and open source concepts; 
  • 2-3 years of experience in ERP system administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems
  • Familiarity with system integration and API usage.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune.
