The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s online presence, driving e-commerce growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring seamless operations across our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics to deliver measurable results.

Location:- Jagtap Nursery's Garden Center, Magarpatta, Pune.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase revenue, enhance customer engagement, and improve user experience.
  • Manage the overall e-commerce business roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform the development of new products or services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for performance, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee product listings, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and compelling.
  • Develop and implement strategies for cross-selling, upselling, and product bundling.
  • Regularly analyze sales data, customer behavior, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies clearly.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP systems and integrations.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and support processes.
