Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Manager with strong Digital Marketing experience to drive sales and brand growth across all Garden Centers. The candidate will be responsible for managing online and offline marketing activities, generating leads, coordinating with the sales team, improving website performance, and enhancing overall brand visibility through creative marketing strategies.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary : 35,000 - 40,000 /- Month
Location: Work From Office 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for all Garden Centers
  • Generate sales through digital marketing platforms and online campaigns
  • Coordinate with the sales team for inquiry conversion
  • Manage website optimization (SEO, content updates, performance improvement)
  • Handle lead coordination, inquiry tracking, and timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and campaign execution
  • Plan and manage print marketing activities such as brochures, banners, flyers, and advertisements
  • Manage store branding, signages, display boards, and promotional materials
  • Handle social media marketing across platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and Google
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Develop customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Maintain brand consistency across online and offline marketing channels
  • Support management with marketing ideas, competitor analysis, and growth strategies
  • Master demos of our software

Must Have

  • MBA/BBA Marketing
  • Having 3-5 yrs of Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems
  • Ability to manage sales follow-ups and marketing campaigns
  • Strong Digital Marketing Knowledge
  • Able to Handle marketing team
  • SEO & Website Management
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads Knowledge 
  • Good Communication & Coordination Skills 
  • Creative Thinking & Branding Sense  
  • Basic Design & Content Understanding
  • Reporting & Analytical Skills
  • Must Own Laptop

Nice to have

  • Experience in Retail
  • Understanding of Customer Behaviour & Retail Sales
