Job Overview:


We are looking for a Purchase Executive responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, material planning, and purchase documentation. The candidate should have good negotiation skills and knowledge of purchase processes to ensure timely availability of materials at competitive prices.

Experience : - 01- 02 year, 
Salary - 18,000 - 20,000 /- Month
Location: Jagtap Nursery's Garden Center, Behind Seasons Mall, Pune

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day purchase activities and procurement processes
  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for horticultural products.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and deliveries
  • Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines from different vendors
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
  • Follow up with vendors for timely material dispatch and delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Monitor stock requirements and assist in inventory planning

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven 01- 02 years of experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
  • Vendor Management & Negotiation Skills
  • Knowledge of Procurement & Purchase Processes
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Have own Laptop
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune.
