Job Summary:


We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces, and a strong understanding of sustainable design principles. They will be responsible for developing master plans, site plans, and planting plans for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional. The candidate will also be responsible for managing project timelines, and coordinating with other members of the design team.


Experience:- 05 Years, 02 years of Independant Working on projects

Package: - 7,50,000 p.a. (Plus Performance Incentives)

Location: - Magarpatta, Pune




Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing master plans, site plans, and planting plans for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional
  • Prepare construction documents, including grading plans, planting plans.
  • Visit Sites, Review Surveys & Prepare Site Analysis Reports.
  • Select and specify plants and materials
  • Coordinate with other members of the design team, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Present project proposals and designs to clients
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coach Team Members.

Must Have

  • Degree or Masters in Landscape Architecture
  • Sound Knowledge of Landscape Architectural Design Standards
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other landscape architecture software
  • 5 Years work experience can design independently without supervision.
  • Can handle Residential Landscape Design & Development Independently.
  • Expertise in knowledge of plant materials, horticulture, and other landscape elements.
  • Ability to travel independently to project sites.
  • Digitally Mobile & Independent. Own Laptop and Mobile.
  • Looking only for Pune based candidate
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune.
