Terms and Conditions for Jagtap Nursery's Garden Centre

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to your use of the Website owned and operated by Jagtap Horticulture Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Gat No. 147, village Ardav, Taluka Maval, District Pune-410406 (hereinafter referred to as “We” / “us” / “Jagtap Nursery’s Garden Centre”) through its website (www.jagtapnursery.shop) (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).

By using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Product Information

The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Jagtap Nursery’s Garden Centre disclaims all warranties fully.
Products may differ from the pictures displayed on the website.
Product specifications (weight, size, colour, etc.) are approximate and may vary.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, even if it has been confirmed.
If you have already been charged for the order, an automatic refund would be processed. In case you do not get a refund within 7 days please write to us at **sales.magarpatta@jagtapnursery.shop** for a refund.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery charges are determined by our delivery partner and are added before the final payment page. The delivery charges are for a single delivery attempt.
In case a delivery is not successful due to unavailability, the order can be collected from the Garden Centre within 3 days.
Since plants are perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient not at home, or refusal to accept, you will still be charged for the order. No refunds will be entertained for such items.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages whatsoever, including indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service/product.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to the products, services, and other content on this website.

8. Communication

We may use your information to reach out to you for order-related or marketing communication.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, we will endeavor to settle the dispute amicably.
If we cannot do so, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

GST Invoices can be downloaded within the sign in page.
GST information is required to be filled out prior to placing the order. Once the order is placed a GST invoice cannot be re-generated.
All invoices include GST on products as applicable.
