Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily horticultural operations at assigned sites.
  2. Allocate and assign tasks to labour teams for landscape maintenance and development.
  3. Monitor work progress, ensure quality standards, and report any deviations.
  4. Provide training and guidance to labour staff on plant care, pest control, and landscape upkeep.
  5. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of daily activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
  7. Assist in plant selection, plantation, irrigation scheduling, and garden maintenance.
  8. Coordinate with the Horticulture Manager for smooth execution of site activities.

Must Have

  • 3 - 5 years of Experience site supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing labour teams effectively
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of plant care, pruning, irrigation, and pest control.
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi. 
  • Ability to train and motivate staff, handle day-to-day challenges, and maintain discipline at sites.
  • Physical fitness for outdoor work, including lifting and manual labor.
  • Driving License would be an advantage
  • Preference - Candidate stay at pune.
