Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

 Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Manage garden equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are well-       maintained and properly used by the maintenance team.
  
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for  staff and visitors. Identify and address potential hazards.
  
• Having excellent knowledge about plants & fertilizers.
• Ability to Handle multiple teams
• Supervise and guide a team of gardeners and maintenance staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor and address the health of plants, trees, and shrubs by diagnosing and treating diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies. 
• Plan and implement seasonal tasks, such as planting, mulching, leaf removal, and snow removal, to keep the garden well-maintained throughout the year.
