Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, mulching, and fertilization.
  • Identify and treat plant diseases, pest infestations, and nutrient deficiencies.
  • Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, aeration, and top dressing.
  • Monitor irrigation systems and ensure efficient water management
  • Allocate daily tasks to gardeners.
  • Train team members on proper gardening practices and safety procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain maintenance records.
  • Coordinate with clients and address service-related concerns.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Report plant losses, pest issues, and site improvement requirements.
  • Manage inventory of Garden tools, fertilizers, pesticides, and consumables.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of gardening equipment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of daily activities.
  • Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and quality of work.

 Must Have

  • 3 - 5 years of Experience site supervision.
  • Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or related field.
  • Knowledge of plant identification, pruning,irrigation systems, lawn care, and pest management.
  • Ability to train and motivate staff, handle day-to-day challenges, and maintain discipline at sites.
  • Physical fitness for outdoor work, including lifting and manual labor.
  • Driving License would be an advantage.
  • Preference - Candidate stay at Pune.
  • Must Have own Vehicle
