Meta Specialist (Meta Business & Ads Expert)

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Specialist who has in-depth knowledge of the complete Meta ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end setup, configuration, and management of Meta accounts, ensuring a strong foundation for performance marketing and accurate tracking.

Experience - 1 - 3 Years 
Salary - 20,000 - 30,000 /- Month
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meta Account Setup & Configuration (Core Responsibility)
    • Set up and manage Meta Business Manager from scratch
    • Create and configure:
      • Business Accounts
      • Ad Accounts
      • Meta Pages & Instagram Accounts
      • Pixels & Conversion Tracking
      • Structure and organize all business assets within Meta Portfolio
      Manage user roles, permissions, and access control 
   2.Asset & Tracking Setup
    • Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking
    • Ensure accurate data tracking for leads, conversions, and user behavior
    • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues and account errors
   3. Ads Manager & Campaign Setup
    • Configure Ads Manager structure aligned with business goals
    • Set up campaigns with proper:
      • Objectives
      • Audience targeting
      • Budget structure
      • Ensure campaigns are technically sound and ready for scaling
  4. Meta Developer & Advanced Integrations
    • Work with Meta Developer tools / APIs
    • Set up and manage:
      • App integrations
      • Webhooks (if applicable)
      • Conversion API integrations
      • Coordinate with developers for advanced tracking and automation
 5. Compliance & Account Health
  • Ensure adherence to Meta policies and ad guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain account quality, verification, and security
  • Handle account restrictions, verifications, and troubleshooting
 6. Documentation & Process Setup
  • Maintain clear documentation of:
    • Account structure
    • Asset mapping
    • Access controls
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3+ years of hands-on experience working with Meta Business Suite / Business Manager
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Meta account setup and configuration
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Meta Portfolio structure
    • Ads Manager
    • Pixel & Conversion API
    • Experience with Meta Developer tools / integrations (preferred)
    Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance tracking 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Candidate must Have own Laptop
  • Stay in Pune, Near by Magarpatta
